Every task followed RED → GREEN → review cycle. Tests written first, then minimal implementation, then combined spec+quality review by independent subagent.
Each task received a combined spec+quality review. Findings classified as Critical (blocking), Important (must fix), or Minor (nonblocking). REQUEST_CHANGES triggered surgical TDD fix → re-review until PASS.
All gates enforce closed-schema with no private data leakage. Private fields (obs_id, exp_id, filter, exposure_tag, event_sha256) are rejected in public output. Only HMAC-derived public asset IDs are exposed.
P0 V5 snapshot remains immutable throughout P1. All 153 ledger records verified intact after every task. No residue, no bytecode.
